Established in 1991, CRS is based in Rotherham, England, and has thousands of subscribers throughout the world. It is dedicated to promoting the growth of all classic & progressive rock music, but particularly of new and up-and-coming bands.
The society focuses on three main areas:-
Publication of its monthly magazine "Rock Society" (formerly "Wondrous Stories")
Promoting monthly gigs at the Oakwood Centre, Rotherham & Herringthorpe Leisure Centre
Sales of CDs and promotional items
